The secret to a post that sounds like you: don't explain to Claude how you write, give it examples. 3 posts you already published, and it writes the next one in the same style. The final read is yours.

Paste 3 of your posts into Claude

Start a new chat in Claude (on a computer: the new chat button at the top of the side menu, called New chat or New; on a phone: the new chat button at the top), or open your business project, if you have one from guide 2.

Go to your business's Facebook page or Instagram, and copy the text of a post you liked. Go back to Claude and paste it into the message box. Do the same with 2 more posts, each on a new line under the previous one.

A new line in the box: on a phone, the Enter key. On a computer, Shift and Enter together, because Enter alone sends the message.

Can't copy a post (for example on Instagram)? Type it. No posts yet? 3 texts you wrote to customers work too.

Add the request, and the topic

Now copy this message. In Claude, click at the end of the text that's already in the box, go down a line, and paste it under the posts:

These are 3 posts I wrote for my business (above). Write me a new post for this week, in exactly the same style: same length, same tone, and the same words I use. Don't make up prices, sales or details I didn't give you. The topic of the new post:

After you tap "Copy": click inside Claude's message box and paste. On a phone: press and hold in the box, then tap "Paste". On a computer: Ctrl+V (on a Mac: Command+V).

At the end, after the words "The topic of the new post:", write what the post is about (for example: a seasonal tip, a holiday sale, something new at your business). Click the orange arrow (2).

Read, fix and post

Claude writes the post. Read it out loud: does it sound like you? Select just the post (in the frame in the screenshot), copy it, paste it into Facebook or Instagram, and post it yourself. To select just part of it: on a phone, press and hold a word, then drag the handles. On a computer, drag with the mouse.

Note: the first button on the left under the answer (1) copies everything, including any notes Claude wrote just for you. If you used it, delete the notes before you post.

The new post (in the frame). Button (1) copies the whole answer — Anything Claude writes before or after the post (a question, a "CHECK:" line) is for you. Don't post it.

Don't like the post? Write underneath, like you would to a person: "Shorter", "No exclamation points", "Add a question for customers at the end".

Today's task

Pick 3 of your posts that you liked, and ask for one new post for this week. Read it out loud. Sounds like you? Post it. Doesn't? Tell Claude what to change.
