An idea for a special offer5 ideas, pick one, and the message is ready

Your screen may look a little different (for example, the name under the message box). That's fine. Don't have a Claude account yet? Guide 1 covers everything. Tap any screenshot to see it bigger.

Have a slow day each week, or a quiet month? Today Claude suggests 5 ideas for a special offer, and you set the limit: how much discount is allowed. It works best in your business project from guide 2, because there Claude already knows your "Business page": your services and prices. No project? That's fine too: skip to the second box, under the screenshot ("No project?").

Ask for 5 ideas

Have a project? Open it: on a computer, click Projects in the side menu, then your project. On a phone, first open the menu (the button with the lines at the top corner), then tap Projects and your project. Copy the message and paste it. At the end of the message, after the colon, write when the offer runs and how much discount is allowed:

Suggest 5 different ideas for a special offer. For each idea: a short name, what the customer gets, an opening line for the message, and why it could work for me. Don't make up services I don't have. At the end, recommend one idea, and write "CHECK:" for anything I need to decide before I start. Plain text, no asterisks and no formatting. When the offer runs, and the maximum discount allowed:

After you tap "Copy": click inside Claude's message box and paste. On a phone: press and hold in the box, then tap "Paste". On a computer: Ctrl+V (on a Mac: Command+V).

Click the orange arrow (mark 2 in the screenshot).

In this example we wrote at the end: "Tuesdays, which are slow for me. No more than 15% off. This month."

No project? Start a new chat (on a computer: the new chat button at the top of the side menu, called New chat or New; on a phone: the pencil icon at the top). Copy this message, and at the end write what your business is, the services and prices, when the offer runs and how much discount is allowed:

Read and choose

Claude writes 5 different ideas: for each one a name, what the customer gets, an opening line, and why it could work for you.

Claude writes the answer bit by bit. Wait until it finishes, then scroll down.

The ideas Claude suggested
In a project, Claude can work from the prices on the salon's Business page. Check every price and discount against your own price list.

At the end, Claude recommends one idea, and writes "CHECK:" for what you need to decide before you start (in the frame).

The recommendation, and the "CHECK:" lines (in the frame)
Read every "CHECK:" line and decide before you announce anything.

Ask for a text message and a story

Copy this message and paste it into the box under the answer. At the end, after the colon, write the number of the idea you chose and when it ends, for example "Idea 5, until the end of the month":

For the idea I chose, write me a short text message for my regular customers, and a short text for an Instagram story. In the message, write [name] instead of the customer's name. Plain text, no asterisks and no formatting. The idea I chose, and when the offer ends:
The text message (1) and the story text (2)

To copy, select the message (on a phone: press and hold the text), and choose "Copy". Hard to select? Write to Claude "Just the text message, with nothing before or after it", and then the first button on the left under the answer (an icon of two pages) copies it.

Before you send: replace [name] with the customer's name, and check that the signature at the end is yours. Only text customers who agreed to get texts from you.

What you promise customers (the discount, the terms, until when) is your decision, not Claude's. And if you have a project: add the offer to the Business page in the project, so when a customer asks, Claude answers based on the offer.
